  • To be responsible for handling subsrcipbers network or technical enquires; establishing good relationship with customers by provision of one-stop care service
  • Form 5 or above with minimum 3 years relevant customer service experience in supervisory level
  • Knowledge in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of spoken English & Chinese
  • Independent, customer-oriented with sound interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Shift duty is required
  • (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Supervisor)
