  • To be responsible for handling and raising outage and incident; handling incoming call from BMO / IOC for network issue; handling Customer Service hotline technical calls at overnight time; monitoring equipment system and co-operating with internal partners
  • Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficient in PC applications and MS Office
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, co-operative, hardworking, willing to learn, good communication skills
  • 24 hours shift duty is required
