  • To be responsible for handling key customer enquiries and complaints; analyzing customer feedback and identifying the root cause of each case for continuous service improvement; participating in the quality assurance projects to achieve a high level of service quality and operation efficiency; preparing and conducting training programs for regulatory compliance and policies enforcement
  • University graduate with minimum 2 yearsˇ¦ relevant working experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Office
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Independent, well-organized, customer-oriented with analytical mind
